About me: My name is Benjamin Vargas. I was born in Mexico City where street tacos, "fútbol", large family gatherings, colorful language, and amazing local artists influenced who I am.

​

Random Facts:

• I love exploring! I'm always looking for new routes, and even when it seems like I'm getting lost, discovering things along the way fills me up with knowledge and enriches my perspective.

• I have more than 250 playlists on Spotify that go from Afro-beats to Brazilian Jazz. I'm obsessed with researching new sounds, which I feel help me connect with other cultures. I love sharing these musical discoveries through live mixes and seeing the joy on people's faces.

• Cooking with new and healthy ingredients it's my newest outlet (and of course making it eye candy for the gram)! I find it enchanting, especially when connecting with people and sharing the experience.

About my career: I started my Advertising career at the young age of 17, after winning second place at the Nationwide Young Creatives contest in my first semester of college. Not knowing much about the ad world, I joined LOWE in Mexico City. 

Fast Forward 20 years, 2 countries, 3 states, and 6 agencies (and few other freelancing gigs) later, and I’ve worked with great brands like Make a Wish Foundation, Ford Motors, Verizon, Cerveza Sol, McDonald’s, Boost Mobile, Universal Studios, Walmart, Samsung, MLS, and a bunch more.

​Social Media: They say change is good, and I embraced it, quitting my advertising agency job to collaborate with an amazing content creator/influencer/youtuber/instagrammer/tik-toker “Superholly” (who happens to be my wife) creating in-house social media campaigns as well as viral content, shooting photo and video, product placements, product shots, on-site content... you name it.

Some of the brand integrations that I’ve helped her on include: Amazon, Google Pixel, Snickers, Kia, Surfshark, Chrome, Duolingo, AT&T, Miller Lite and more.
